TGM tabs arnt showing/ buttons arnt working

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. There are no steps, its stuck at this stage.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see my tabs and TGM:Hibernate Group.
Instead the TGM bar is blank while my tabs are at the top, the TGM:Hibernate 
Group boc is stuck at 20, and when I go into sessions/hibernated/closed groups 
when I right click it shows them as empty

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2011.11.28.1, on Win7

Please provide any additional information below.

Forgot to mention I fixed it by downloading the last stable version of TGM

Thanks for pointing the solution. Yes this usually happens with the old non 
working version of TabGroups Manager. 
I will improve the Open Issues questions, so that they could be more specific 
and we get more info.
