Add a scroll window to the notices pane and/or make it line wrap. #138

It's unreadable if it outputs wider than your frame.

For some unknown reason when i try wrapping the text box in a JScrollPane the text I send to the text panel doesn't display any more. I've enabled linewrap on the text box. In truth this should be adequate for now so I'm changing the milestone of this to far future unless it really starts to annoy me.
