Keep on searching?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start subterfuge in terminal on virtualmachine with subterfuge -s 
localhost:8080 
2. go onto localhost:8080 and press start 
3. after several minutes it just 'scans' and shows nothing(tried to log into 
various things with several devices.)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm sure im seeing what i should be, it just only loads instead of listing the 
things connected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.3 on ubuntu in virtual machine

Please provide any additional information below.

I've tried logging into facebook, hotmail etc on macbook, ipad on other 
desktops and on a unit being used as a server even, and it still just loads / 
searches.

Those all use SSL. You are probably having an SSLstrip error. Are there any 
error codes in terminal?

I am unable to troubleshoot your issue with the information provided. Please 
use Kali Linux and download the latest version of Subterfuge.
