TMP: ice version #71

While looking at extension in Imaris (which uses a different version of Ice) it is not possible to connect to omero when the imaris.jar is in the classpath I temporarily add the check to see if it helps.

Closing this P, no changes required, since I cannot have the 2 jars in the classpath at the same time. Retested with the release version and it works fine.
