select which kinds of annotations to pack/unpack #50

pack/unpack should allow users to exclude/include specific kinds of annotations (ROIs, comments, mapannotations, etc)

@erickmartins: I'd be interested in the addition of ROI and Shape annotations. Is this something you've looked into already and/or would it be a good starter task for someone?

I have not started any work on this - it feels like a relatively straightforward starter task!
