I am wondering if I can run the finemapper script with SuSiE, but without any prior information (no SNPVAR column in the summary statistics file). I understand that I can use susieR to do that, but it requires the processing of large LD matrix. It would be easier if this can be done using the finemapper script directly. Thank you!
