Installed Metamask for iOS 14.8
Used the builtin Metamask browser to access https://gateway.boba.network
Clickthrough Metamask initial page fine but no popup when selecting the L1/L2 switch. Other sections of the website create a Metamask popup as long as they don't require switching layers.
Manually add the "BOBA L2" to Metamask mobile network list.
L1/L2 switch now works.

In summary it seems the initial add of the "BOBA L2" network popup doesn't work so need to add it manually for now.

Boba network settings to add below if anyone needs them:
