Handle new comment style and description on the video page

Please add an option to revert old comments style New "design" is enabled not for all users at the moment. Browser: 121.0.6167.161

There is a videos list instead of comments, and comments moved to sidebar (with/without YouTubeRedux)

Btw new comments design can be reverted by ad blocker:

uBO youtube.com##+js(set, yt.config_.EXPERIMENT_FLAGS.kevlar_watch_grid, false)

Can be partially enabled, when applied the rules with true. Maybe this could help to check the problem.
