Install https://github.com/onaio/js-tools/tree/master/packages/GoogleAnalytics and export required functions

The package https://github.com/onaio/js-tools/tree/master/packages/GoogleAnalytics can be installed from the client project and the methods exported here will be imported from the package. For this reason, this PR will be closed as the changes are not necessary
