Too light panel header #306

Describe the bug I think those panel headers (look at the attached screenshot below) are too bright comparing to the rest of the interface elements in the case of the New UI.

To Reproduce

  1. Just open a window :)

Expected Behavior I think it should have the same background color as titlebar or files list.

This is a pre-existing feature of the theme, you can see it in the legacy UI as well

Feel free to make a fork of this repository and adjust it to your liking. However, I will not be making changes to the headers. Please see the development for how to make changes for yourself. Thanks!
