Requires completing tasks before being ready for the review:

[x] Rewrite CategoryCard component
[x] Relocate selection menu
[x] Create process clarification cards
[x] Connect clarification cards into a single container with arrows
[x] Complete decomposition
[x] Ensure that all margins are consistent

Optional tasks (may be the new issues):

[x] Fix the categories cards container display on mobile devices (make it flex-column)
[x] Fix the clarfication cards container display on mobile devices (make it flex-column)
[x] Make the arrows vertical on mobile devices (and fix their disappearing)
