convert ticket URL into link with #nn name

that is, if I, as a user, past url like https://trello.com/c/2bAyNXPH/20-card-1-https-trello-com-c-2baynxph-20-card-2-click-link-to-go-to-card-2 it will be displayed as "ref #20" or "ref #20 CARD 2"
