Lots of scrollbars for workflow execution

When you click on a node in a workflow execution, you get a block on the right showing you details about it.

The goal of this ticket is to make the information easier to see and more accessible. With that, we want to

• [x] Update the width/height. Make it 3x wider and occupy the full screen height - much like clicking on logs looks now
• [ ] Reduce the number of scrollbars on ubuntu systems - remove them if possible to look more like mac version
• [ ] Change the parameters/artifacts/logs to be tabs.

Scrollbars on ubuntu (need to also check windows)

@rushtehrani It was improved, but I think we can do better.

Right now when you have the node info open, and you have artifacts open - you have two scroll bars on the side. But none left-to-right.
