Show or somehow make available the number of person hours or person minutes 
that have been devoted to a puzzle. From entry into Czar until solved.

(For accuracy, consider including a query to solvers who spent more than say 
2-3 hours on the puzzle. The query would ask them to confirm that they really 
did spend that much time-- as opposed to not having updated their activity.)

This is an enhancement,not a defect. I don't see how to change Type.
