Update teslajs dependency #44

To get new API (vehicleById, vehicleByIdAsync, ChargingAmps, ScheduledCharging and ScheduledDeparture for instance) New other things too...

Fix #43

I now have the error ""TypeError: tjs.setChargingAmpsAsync is not a function" as well, which would be solved by this update. It has been a couple of months now, any change this will be merged soon?
