Have a SPARQL query that for a given URI(id) fetches all its related triples

Requirements

• [x] Create a model called Resource (or something like that)
• [x] Implement in this model a function that will have as inputs a graph (an ontology domain) and an id (a URI of element inside that graph (ontology)) and returns a Hash with the keys as the predicates and the values as the values of the triples (subject predicate value). The body of the function will be a SPARQL query, created using our SPARQL client, see this example.
• [x] ImpeIements serializers that will transform the above function result (Hash) into the following formats xml, json, turtle, and ntriples, see current existent implementations
• [x] Write a test for each of the functions and serializers implemented, see example and how to run the tests here

  • You can test SPARQL queries in Stageportal here: https://stageportal.lirmm.fr/ontologies/INRAETHES?p=sparql (in Stageportal SPARQL queries are already filtered by the graph of the ontology that you are on)
  • The aimed query will be something like this:

    SELECT DISTINCT ?p ?v from <your graph> where { <your URI> ?p ?v}

  • An example of a SPARQL query to fetch all the graphs in a triple-store

    SELECT DISTINCT ?g where { GRAPH ?g { ?s ?p ?v }}

  • An example of a SPARQL query to fetch all the URIs in a triple-store

    SELECT DISTINCT ?uri where { ?uri ?p ?v }}

• Serializers:
  • You can try the different formats online: https://converter.zazuko.com/
  • Maybe you should find an external library that does this , https://github.com/ruby-rdf/rdf-raptor
