Fix / revert zookeeper timeout change #25

Build was failing sometimes with onyx-0.10.0-beta8. We removed the timeout to make the build go green. Once we figure out the cause, ensure that this doesn't occur with this timeout any more, though it's safe to remove it once this is confirmed.
