Unable to change theme when note pop-up existing #18

Pressing F3 when the notes extension pops up does not change the app theme

We have changes the severity to very low, as this is purely a cosmetic issue.

Additionally, this is intended behavior. We don't allow the user to interact with the main app while the popup is active.

Reason for disagreement: I agree this is purely cosmetic, but I don't understand why this is intended behaviour since no where in the UG or DG have you mentioned that the changing of themes can only apply to the main app.

Changing the theme also changes the theme of the popup too, so any user would expect changing the theme while in popup would change the popup too.
