GenoPred on WGS? #123

Hi!

I wonder if GenoPred can be used on illumina WGS data.

Are there any special processing I need to do for the PRS calculation? What would be the preferred config to run this?

Dear Siqi,

Thank you for the question. There should be no issue with supplying WGS data. Most often, WGS data is in VCF format, which you can use an input for the GenoPred pipeline.
