Add gentoo-specific instructions #15

Hey!

I have been maintaining and using Gentoo ebuilds (equivalent of "packages" in other distros) to install the GUI for some time. I would guess that the percentage of open-ephys users running gentoo is small, but maybe you would like to add this set of instructions to the installation wiki :)
