Add example notebook #44

This adds an example notebook for generating DeepForest predictions on a single raster. I also updated the README to link to a folder of example data and have some more high-level content. The last change is adding ipykernel as a poetry dependency.

Note that this PR relies on the first commit of #45, so that should likely be merged first.
