I made a small mistake. Notice this sentence. "A habit is automatic and feels right at the time. The person is so used to it, that it feels good when doing it, and to do something else would require effort and make them feel uncomfortable. They might have second thoughts afterward though." I go from singular to plural. Could you change...."The person..." to "People..."? Then the whole sentence is plural.
