What steps did you take and what happened:

https://open-policy-agent.github.io/gatekeeper/website/docs/validating-admission-policy/ page, Gatekeeper can be configured to generate both of these resources. To generate VAP Bindings for all Constraints, ensure the Gatekeeper --default-create-vap-binding-for-constraint should change to --default-create-vap-binding-for-constraints Should "s" added v 3.17.X
