Adds a "Download" button for search results (returned as a compressed PB Dataset)
Adds the reaction ID to each search result in the table

Resolves #18

I think the OOM issue is likely to trigger when somebody thinks that this button is a convenient way to download a filtered 10-20% of the ORD database.

Added MAX_RESULTS (=1000) to address this in faf9fb2.
