retrieving datastore implementations from registry in smtweb #330

This allows to use arbitrary datastore -- basically all datastores that are registered in the registry.

@apdavison @maxalbert please have a look at the last commit. I am not fully aware why this is necessary. But still, I'd assume that without this change, currently every Travis build will fail; even master.
