Request a data element: Chiller.minimum_unload_ratio

Description:

The ratio of current load to available capacity at a given simulation time step. Used only when this value is higher than the minimum_load_ratio. Between the minimum_unload_ratio and the minimum_load_ratio, the chiller creates a false load in order to continue operating at the minimum_unload_ratio.

This data element is needed in order to evaluate a rule for ASHRAE 90.1-2022 Appendix G. This is one input that, if set high, a user could use to game the system and create high energy use for the baseline building.
