Update state of deliverables / October 2014

Dear all,

we maintain the public state of deliverables wiki page to keep track of the project progress and WP leaders are in charge to update the wiki page by the beginning of every month. Please update the wiki page by October 2nd and confirm your update (or that the current state is still up to date) in this issue. In charge for the update are:

the current state of WP5 is up to date, thus there is no update required.

No news - the qualification plan is still not officially signed off, but the review is coming to an end.

No feedback from WP4 and WP6 so far. @MarcBehrens and @srieger can you please confirm/update the state?
