New complete version of the 'Revision process' and new document with a brief presentation of the Revision/Review processes available

• the new version of the 'Revision process' (before known as 'Review process') with the following numbering: 'OpenETCS_RevisionProcess_0.5'.
• a document called 'Revision_Review_Process.pdf' that is a summary of both processes: Revision process and Review process. I expect this document helps to clarify concepts and provides a general overview of the processes.
