add Ilastik contentTypes #296

ContentType schema:

required property: name recommended property: extension, as well as description AND/OR link to specification

Missing contentTypes (suggested names):

image/vnd.ilastik.prediction+jpeg
image/vnd.ilastik.prediction+hdf5
