Project GPG key is out of date #155

The GPG key on https://get.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/ references the previous project key, not the new one as of January 2023: https://news.opensuse.org/2023/01/23/new-4096-bit-signing-key/

I.e. we need to update from 

pub   rsa2048 2008-11-07 [SC] [expires: 2024-05-02]

to

The link to the old key seems to return a 404 now as well.
