Initial config,

local build fails on hashes. Do not merge until I resolve it.

I suppose some of images were not published yet (failed to building etc)

Fixed, works locally. The issue was that my ruby was too new. I got too attached to distrobox on my Leap 155, where the runtime is in fact TW :-)
