Extend readme #50

Could you please also include instructions how you upload a new version to PyPI & how to release it to OBS?

We can add the OBS release details, however I don't think we should consider PyPI releases at all, I can't see how this could be useful as a PyPI package. This is only meaningful in OBS and AFAIK OBS does not manage any sort of PyPI. Up to now this project is only useful packaged in an RPM and consumed by OBS.

Gonna include the OBS details.
