Add booths workflow in OSEM #1252

It is rather common for conferences to have booths, and it would be great if we could show that to attendees, eg on the splashpage.

Moreover, as an organizer, I would like to be able to select which booths I want. That would involve a booth application and the ability for the organizer to accept/reject a booth. A booth should have a title/name, a description, people responsible for it, and a link or two (usually that is the project's link).

The workflow I have in mind is: User applies for a booth --> Organizer accepts/rejects --> Accepted booths show up on the splashpage (that can include info on the booth, eg. contact details, website etc. which can be useful for media purposes as well)

We discussed this during the GSoC meeting (voice call) and we will add booths to OSEM.

I would like to request that we be able to have classes of booths. For example, we have multiple sponsorship levels and it would be nice for people to indicate at a minimum if they're a commercial exhibitor or a community exhibitor.

@kormoc does this only boil down to a 'type' attribute that corresponds to either 'sponsor' or 'project'? You said indicate at minimum those 2 things, are there more things you had in mind?

We currently only have two types of tables, but I do know that other conferences do have a lot more. For example a premium sponsor would have a different sized booth then a silver sponsor. I would think that making this generic would be very useful.
