Accessibility Support #16

Right now the only support for accessibility in the specification is the oa:accessibilityDescription attribute. This raises two questions:

  1. What information most usefully populates this field?
  2. Is this support adequate? What other attributes are required to best support accessibility needs?

Note the existence of https://github.com/openactive/modelling-opportunity-data/issues/220 for a fuller treatment - though the question of how the two specifications relate to each other remains open.

Particular account needs to taken of obstacles unique to the RouteGuide domain, however, such as e.g. the presence of stiles.
