Queued scrapers are stuck(?) #1194

Hello! Thanks for building an awesome service.

My latest scraper seems to be having trouble running. According to the history, it was queued automatically 3 days ago but when I looked at it today, it still said it was "running", so I hit stop.

I've started it manually now, and 35 minutes later it still isn't running. Is something broken?
