Autocorrect makes spelling errors #792

Describe the bug If words have been misspelled by the user in the past, OpenBoard will autocorrect to the erroneous spellings.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable personalized suggestions.
  2. Type "milinium milinium milinium" 3 times into a textbox with autocorrect enabled. Observe that no correction will be made.
  3. Type "millinium". Observe that autocorrect will change this to "milinium".

Expected behavior The word should've been corrected to "millennium".

I think this is an important one, I think a feature to be able to delete a word from the learned category should fix this. In fact I'd love a way to be able to delete words in general from the dictionary on the fly.
