Fix for cli installation v8.1.x #332

fixes #330

This is a try to fix the issue when fresh installing the plugin v8.1.x This might get updated, as the solution was sketchy!

NOTE: with PR new installation via CLI was successful!

@ferishili: Do I understand it correctly that you were able to successfully test this PR and with it the issue https://github.com/opencast-ilias/OpenCast/issues/330 is fixed?

If so, can you please prepare this PR for merging and when done contact @chfsx? Thx!

@dagraf; yes, the error is gone, and the installation was successful, however, the overall functional tests were not performed!
