Need same functionality as hydrometDB form builder as seen in the video linked below:

Should be able to set

• Interval of form
• grid layout of form(row x column e.g. Station x Element; date/time x Element; Date/Time x Station
• Date/Time format and Validity
• Select elements and stations to be included in form
• Select user/group who will have access to the form
• See HydrometDB screenshots below

Daily capture for multiple stations - (PLEASE NOTE, This Form captures one day of data for multiple stations - this is typically what is done each day at our office. Notice the date is the same as the previous example(Oct.1, 2016) and for the station Central Farm(CENTFARM) the data values displayed/entered for the date is exactly the same, therefore the form builder simply arranges the data and allows the user(s) to choose a layout that is most convenient to them.
