Adding prebuilt images instead of rebuilding everytime

These images are optimized for efficiency and built on the Alpine version. While this might marginally lengthen build times, the trade-off is improved performance. My intention was to make things run better without causing any major disruptions.

Add env variables to common.env and run make install
