Add other ygot flags

[wenovus]

• The default root in ygot is "device". Having this flag allows existing ygot users to more easily transition.
• Other flags might also be useful:
  • not shortening enum names may be necessary to distinguish fields from different organizations,
  • Other generated fields (rename/annotations) would bloat the generated code more and so might be useful to make them false by default.
