Adding jForg Artifactory OCI Conformance Test Results #98

This PR adds the conformance results for jFrog Artifactory.

Please note, Artifactory is handling the deletion of the blobs. Hence we don't expose this API. That's explain the failures on the report.

Referring your spec.md#Content Management

"Content management refers to the deletion of blobs, tags, and manifests. Registries MAY implement deletion or they MAY disable it. Similarly, a registry MAY implement tag deletion, while others MAY allow deletion only by manifest."
