Added interaction between the security analysts and the Threat Intelligence Platform to Use Case 1

Thank you for the work @andrewbeard. If you are willing, would you (please) add a brief summary of the human "actors" at the top of this Use Case with a sentence or two about what their role is in the Use Case narrative.

Something like: Alice: title, role, relationship to other actors, common activity Bob: Security analyst in charge of identifying and remediating security threats. Charlie: title, role, relationship to other actors, common activity Dave: title, role, relationship to other actors, common activity
