Get the links of NPTEL videos for labs which are there on College Cloud #28

Information of labs having NPTEL videos is given in Validated Phase II sheet. Follow the logic to identify the link whose NPTEL video link is to be identified -

if lab is on cloud then :
     if lab is having NPTEL lecture section :
              get the NPTEL link
