Machanism to sync Online and Offiline cloud login details #56

College Cloud Edition(Offline) and Online vlabs.ac.in login details should sync.

So that, people who have registered on online vlabs.ac.in, they can login to offline ( College Cloud Edition) vlabs.ac.in page without registration again in offline.
