Write Ansible scripts to automate the portable media building.

Course import must be automated using some script. Currently each lab is imported using dashboard of Open edX. Solution for the above given problem is Manage tips and tricks of edX

Manage tips and tricks of edX only works for older version of Open edX (Aspen, Birch, Cypress). Hence this cannot solve the problem
