Giving a search feature on vlabs.ac.in landing page #129

Currently there is no search feature in vlabs.ac.in landing page. Labs are categorised into institute wise and discipline wise.

A search feature which can search on lab name or keyword is to be built and integrated with vlabs.ac.in

This is depending on the release of Lab Data Service, hence on halt.
