Colorado has Clarity data - would that be easier to use? #33

And I should have others that work also.

We have 2014 general county-level results already, and if CO published precinct-level results via Clarity we'd definitely go that route.

Are other years of interest for county-level results?

Sure - we could use county-level for 2012, 2010 and 2008.

We definitely can use 2012 - we've even got a parser for Clarity results: https://github.com/openelections/clarify
