Make compatibility with plateform.io #51

EmonLib already works with PlatformIO in its current state. We use emonLib via PlatformIO to compile for all our OpenEnergyMonitor hardware. I'm reluctant to merge this due to potentially breaking other compilers

You right sorry for that , i beleive read that lhe lib must be in src directory but i didn't managed to find this doc.
