Installing PHP8.1 on ARMv6 causes Kernel Panic #174

There have been numerous reports of Kernel Panic when trying to install the emonSD Nov 22 on RPiZero. This has been traced to the installation of PHP8.1.

The repo we used does not support ARMv6 due to RPi changes.
