New drag and drop contribution option #36

We have added a third option to equella resource module and enable user drag and drop resources directly, unlike the default quick contribute, this option will ask user for some meta information, such as title, description and keywords. see the screenshot: screenshot_1

@dcai, this code was developed and targeted at Moodle 2.8. Therefore, we made a decision to use YUI for the time being. Please use it as a proof of concept, as the javascript part may have to be re-written in JQuery in the next upgrade.
